The flat worked wonderfully for me, my daughter and her two friends. The metro made access to all of Paris safe, easy and fun. We loved the Montmartre district (shops, hills, cafe, and Sacre Couer). Our apartment near the Rue Mouffetard was very clean, spacious, functional and comfortable. All of the amenities described on the web site and by our host, Oliver, were as advertised, from the convenient location to the quality of the car service that met us at the airport and also took us back to the airport at the end of our trip. The property and the location were both perfect! It was better than we expected in its size and comfort level. We were steps away from rue Mouffetard which had every kind of shopping and restaurant we needed or wanted. We would go back to Paris and stay there or recommend it to our friends and family.
