This great value apartment is ideally located in the centre of the Marais (4th arrondissement), between the River Seine and the Rue de Rivoli. Its central location means that many of the city's major attractions are within walking distance. Indeed Isle St Louis, Notre Dame and Hotel de Ville are virtually at your doorstep whist the Louvre and the Musée d'Orsay are just a short walk down the river.

To add to the charm of this apartment you have an amazing view of the Tour Saint Jacques and its surrounding park. The nearest métro is a 2 minute walk away at Hotel de Ville or Chatelet.

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor (with lift) of an Haussmanien building and sleeps 4/6 in two double bedrooms and a room with twin full sized bunk beds, there's one bathroom. It has been decorated in a contemporary style while retaining a tradition feeling and is child friendly. There is parquet flooring throughout and the apartment is bright and airy.

One enters into a large hallway.

To your left there are two doors, one leading to the main bedroom and the other leading to the living area. Here you will find a 3 person sofa, a large coffee table, 2 antique armchairs, a working wooden fireplace, a desk, an antique chest of drawers, a TV (with cable channels) and broadband internet access.

The room is very much Parisian in feel and books adorn the walls.

The main bedroom has a double bed (5ft3, 1.6m wide), two bedside tables with lamps and lots of storage space. Both the rooms on the side of this apartment enjoy views of the Tour St Jacques. On the other side of the hallway you will find the kitchen/dining area, the bathroom and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom.

The kitchen and dining area has been designed as an open-plan space with a simple breakfast bar separating the two. In the kitchen you will find all the expected appliances including electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine - there is also a washing machine. The dining area offers a large wooden dining table that comfortably sleeps 6.

The second bedroom has a double bed (5ft3, 1.6m wide), reading lamp and plenty of storage space. The third bedroom is really only suitable for children, and has been decorated as such, offering twin full sized bunk beds. There is also a desk and a cot if needed.

The bathroom has a bath with over-shower and a wash basin, and there is a separate loo.

Soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the Marais with its unique mix of cultures, the young and trendy, artists and writers. Enjoy a meal in one of the many Jewish restaurants of the rue des Rosiers, or shop till you drop on the rue Franc Bourgeois.

If it all gets too much relax on the large sofas of the Loire dans la Théière whilst enjoying some of the best cakes, teas or hot chocolates Paris has to offer!

And don't forget that the Marais is also one of the few, or even the only, area where the shops open on Sunday.
